Sarah Burton took a grounded; nature-inspired approach to the latest Alexander McQueen collection by surrounding the warehouse runway with a romantic wilderness atmosphere and projecting sounds of birds chirping overhead. The theme exemplified the vibrantly colored silhouettes; dramatic gowns; and large-scale earth-inspired prints. Offering blazer-inspired styling; this asymmetric minidress is elevated by complementary satin lapels and a slashed back cut out.
